DEAR VALUED CLIENT:

Before you begin posting your online reservation, kindly review the following steps so you are guided during the entire process:

1. Please fill out the form in each step of the unit reservation process.
2. After submission of the online forms, the unit you have reserved will be subject for review/availability and acceptance by the developer.
3. Once your desired unit’s availability has been confirmed, an e-billing statement and a payment link will be sent to your email.
4. Please proceed to payment by following the instructions given in the email link.
5. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon acknowledgment of your reservation payment. Thereafter, your unit is officially reserved.
6. The developer’s sales team will coordinate with you should you need further assistance pertaining to your unit purchase.
